The Growing Food & Justice Initiative 2009 Gathering took place this past October 30 – November 1st, in Milwaukee. Organizations, Groups, and Individuals from around the world gathered to discuss the dismantling of racism in the food system. We witnessed some of the phenomenal work taking place in the city headed by Growing Power. I left the gathering feeling inspired and full of enthusiasm. I created this video to share with my community and with you!
